  • I have food allergies.  How do I know if I can eat certain products?
We understand that customers may have food intolerances and/or food allergies. While much care is taken to avoid cross contact of ingredients, we are not a certified allergen-free facility. We do store and handle wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, and other potential allergens in our kitchen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free of any possible allergen. Because we value the safety and well-being of our customers first and foremost, we encourage you to consider this information and weigh it carefully against your needs before consuming any of our products.
  • How long do your products last?
Our handcrafted products are made regularly in small batches, with no added preservatives to extend shelf life. Therefore, they are not intended to be kept in your disaster preparedness kits. While most of our customers consume our products upon purchase, many have found that our granolas and biscotti stay fresh for 3 - 4 weeks if kept well sealed, in a cool and dry environment. For optimal quality of flavor and texture, we recommend that our other products be consumed within 2 days, or frozen upon purchase to help retain freshness.
